how do you replace a clutch?

wondering if anyone that has replaced a clutch can tell me any pointers and/or at least give me an idea what im up against. I just bought a 95 sho blue for $300 and needs a clutch. body has zero rust and its my first sho. thanks in advance. or if anyone is close to me maybe give me a hand????

For $30.00 you can buy a video from Josh at SHONut. There is a link on the main page. I have seen it, and recommend it highly. It is very detailed, every bolt is gone over. Also comes with directions that you can follow along with.
