Everytime I press the horn, it makes a clicking sound thats coming from underneath the dash but the horn is not working. Is it that my horn is out or what? Thanks guys! I have the '89 model so no abs.

Even though there's clicking under the dashboard? I failed to mention that it use to just go off sometimes and I would have to press the horn so that it would stop blowing.

I dont know if 89 had cruise control but you might want to check to see if the wires are burnt up. One of those wires are a ground to the horn. It was the case for me

Well when I took the horn switch off, the wires were in perfect condition. My cruise works great and evrything looks fine behind the pad of the steering wheel.

I have the same problem. My 89 has working cruise, and being a cali car has no corrosion on the wiring at the horn. I too hear a relay clicking down inside the dash.

Just went outside and murdered my non horn blowing, filter ******** Unicorn.

Step 1 complete.
No more noise under the "dash"

Step 2
Open the hood, look for wires that dont go anywhere.

Step 3
Unplug the horn, the connectors and wire were not connected to anything.

Step 4
Find blue wire that also didnt go anywhere from step 2

Step 5
Reconnect wire, plug in horn.

Step 6
New Unicorn is born under your dash, horn starts blowing again.

Step 7
Open another beer.

Basically, do a multimeter at the horn connectors. Juice=bad horns. No Juice=you need to check the wiring.

You've got to find out if the horn is getting power, or it's all just conversation. You could even use a turn signal bulb. If the bulb lights when you have a buddy press the enhonkerator, you need a new honk audiblizer.
