A lot of people on here will say that not having cats on ur sho will cause a decrease in the low rpm power and an increase in high end power. I have a catless equal length y-pipe from shosource and I did not notice a decrease in low end power. In fact, my 60' and 1/8 mile times remained the same. I did notice a slight bump in high rpm power though.
Also, catless will give you more rasp in the exhaust tone. You can eliminate this somewhat by buying the proper resonator for your sho. With my equal length y-pipe and dynomax catback, i have lots of rasp but the Nebraska SHO guys all say that it is a very nice rasp unlike the bumble bee rasp you would hear on a Honda.
Keep in mind also that if you live in an emissions state, you will need to have cats. High flow cats are always an option in this instance as well.
