Whats up everyone!! Hope everybody had a great holiday and start to 2016. Just want to see how everyone is doing and if there are any new owners that have joined. Im just patiently waiting for the warm weather to get here to do a full detail on my 2011. Still gotta solve my shudder issue as well, at least it hasn't gotten worse.

Hello, I have had my '13 Hennessy SHO for about a year now. I have not spent to much time until now looking for clubs. I live up in MA but travel to PA and NY a ton. IS there a MA club or is the closets in CT?

Cool, sad news though. Since i posted this i blew my engine. Looks like no warranty is covering it either. I called Hennessy but have not made any progress with them.

1st..... kudos to you for being upfront & forthcoming about what happened.

2nd..... Sucks you had to learn at the expense of a blown motor, that Hennessey is no where near as reputable as the two primary tuners in tbe field of the SHO specifically.

3rd...... maybe otbers will avoid similar experiences due to your admission.

What happened exactly, do you know? Codes/actual events/etc, diagnosed by dealer?

What are the top 2? i live close to Tasca Ford and i had an appointment with them but the engine blew 2 weeks before the appointment.

Blew 2 holes in the engine block and shredded cylinder 6. I had brought it to my local dealer on two separate occasions the first time they said it was OK even though at higher RPMs it back fired and hesitated, the second time they said they would not look at it because it had "to much work done to it" (ECU Tune, BAR 3 sensor, upgraded K&N intake and Corsa exhaust). The engine blew about a week after the last visit to the local dealer.

Ugh, sorry to hear! Could've been any number of weak points that gave out (turbo, fuel injector, etc), but the tune gave them a reason to deny. It is advisable to return tune/MAP sensor to stock when in for dealer service for this very reason.

Good advise about returning it to stock problem is i don't have the stock sensor and i had it towed right to the dealer from where I was. I was just told that my 3rd party warranty company is going to take a look at it so maybe they will be more forgiving? We will see.
