Help with tweecer. NEWBIE

I just purchased supercharged sho from Terry(TWR).
I need to change the timing for my altitude in KY and premium gas.

I have downloaded the tweecer software from their website. And now when i try to open the CAL or CAN program, it doesn't work.
When i connect my laptop to tweecer it doesn't connect.
Help.

That honestly should not matter, It did not for me. You need to look through the instructions carefully. It will honestly help you a lot more then you think.

If the tweecer is in the car, you need the laptop plugged in and the key in the "run" position for it to communicate. If you don't see Tweecer under device manager then you have driver problems.

Caledit and calcon dont work in vista or win7 well at least x64 versions.
