help with codes

i did the KOER self test today and these are the codes i recieved-
157- MAF circuit below minimum voltage
225-knock sensor not sensed during dynamic response test
521- PSPS circuit did not change states
526- BOO circuit failure
im guessing the knock sensor needs replaced, and maybe i need to clean the maf and its connections. but what does the 521 mean? and if i recieved the 526 would it make sense that by pressing the brake i wouldnt be able to disengage cruise control? i always tap the brake to diengage it and it always works. im not sure any help would be appreciated

The only code in that list that concerns me is the 157, "157 (R,M) Mass Air Flow signal is/was low or grounded."

On the 225 code, there may not have been any knock for the knock sensor to detect, so that is not a definitive error code. One reference I use says, "225 (R) Knock sensor not tested (ignore if not pinging)."

The 521 code says, "521 (R) Wheel not turned during test or PSP problem."

I didn't find a 526 code. Could you have meant "536 (O,R,M) Brake On Off open or shorted to ground." That is the switch on the brake pedal that causes the brake lights to come on, and the cruise to be aware that you touched the brakes. You mentioned the latter, are your brake lights working?

during the test you are soppossed to goose the throttle and turn the steering fully. if you didnt do these things you can get false readings. follow instuctiomns in manual
