Help....No radio, locks..etc...

Hello all,

I have a red 93 atx with an aftermarket deck that has been in the car for 6 years with no problems. I was driving home from work the other day and the radio just cut out, amoung that also the power locks, power windows, interior lights, clock, keyless entry and power antenna. The fuse for the radio is fine but the fuse right above it, # 8 is blown and will blow about 2 mintues of driving, nothing happens when the car is sitting. i know there has to be a short somewhere. I drove the car just now with a good fuse in #8 and the radio off and the fuse still blew. Anyone have any ideas on where I should look first?

check all the obvious factors that will cause the constant fuse to blow, such as a metallic object in cig lighter (coin), or chaffed wires at the headunit that could be grounding out, i see lots of cases where its just a penny in the cig lighter.
