I have a 91 SHO and I’m needing help locating a OEM/aftermarket part, a oil level sensor, Part #E6FZ-6C624-A. If anyone knows where one is or if a aftermarket part exists that would be very helpful.

You won't find any direct fit sensors. None left in dealer inventory, no aftermarket alternative. Having said that, it seems that SHO Source has at least one at the moment, but didn't have any a while back:

If they don't have one, people have successfully repaired them with gasket sealer around the pin. Or you could do this, as I just did. Buy the following:

https://www.autozone.com/electrical...st-sensor-su8832/631476_0_0?searchText=SU8832 and make it fit.

The f l a n g e (damn censors!!) will be too big, not only to clear the fins on the oil pan, but also to fit over the lip of the gasket. The sensor thread and pin size are fine. Note that this is actually a Ford part, just not for the SHO.

Paint the underside of the f l a n g e with mechanics blue. Slide the gasket over and turn it so that it marks the blue and you can see how much of the f l a n g e to take off. Use a dremel tool / cutting wheel to rough cut as much off as you can, then use a die grinder to grind it round by clamping the die grinder in place and rotating the f l a n g e against the side of the grinding wheel until the gasket fully seats on the f l a n g e. It took me 30 minutes.

Here’s the small f l a n g e, Ford replacement….

The listing lists a Ford engineering number (printed on the part itself), F5AF-6C624-AA, but fit perfectly on my SHO
