help! engine missing after chip install

I just installed my SHO SHOP Stage 1 package and now my car has started to miss. The first ten or fifteen minutes after startup, it runs great, but after that it starts to miss bad. The only thing abormal with my car is that I added octane booster to prevent detonation, just because I wanted to play it safe with my new chip. The check engine light doesn't even come on when it misses, it just runs bad. Is there a specific manner in which to cycle a SHO with a new chip installed?

Did you disconnect the battery and reset the programming?

I would try what luigisho said. Also did you do maintenance before performance? i.e 60k,plugs wires, fuel pump, valve cover/plug well seals?
