StreetlightSHO
It'll run eventually...
My name is Colin, and im a freshman at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. My dad bought me my SHO in May '09. I've known about SHOForum since before I got the SHO, and I had another account, but I never introduced myself or posted, just browsed. Well either way, now that I moved out, I gave my old account to my dad so he could search the forum if he needed to work on my car (Its still at home), but I made this one to actually "join" the community here. :woo-hoo:
Now a little about my car:
White 1994 MTX Tan Leather
bought it for $1700 with 106k miles. It now has 112k.
2nd or 3rd owner, no rust AZ car.
Leaks a little oil from various places and needs a front 60k.
My dad and I did the top end 60k, and found no oil in the plug wells.
Runs pretty good, still not the best. We have been trying to pin down a stumbling problem at WOT, and we have replaced alot. haha
We bought it stock, but it has some mods:
SHO shop y-pipe and catback (old exhaust was welded and hacked and trash)
SHO shop snorkle (came with the exhaust)
Aluminum subframe bushings (to replace the virtually non-existant, oil covered rubber ones)
Reinforced front motor mount. (origional one broke)
Gauges mounted in the radio DIN
aftermarked radio in lower DIN
and I have an unflashed LPM sitting on my desk at home.
I dont have a lot of pics so I didn't post any, but it looks like your average white SHO haha
