Looking at a 2010 with 91 k on it, any issues that I need to know? Water pump and timing chain?
Anything else?

Car is really clean, no sunroof or navi but orig stick says performance package.

Any advice?

IF pp that makes PTU fluid easier to change usually. You can tell if PP if the ptu has cooling fins on it

Tune-up, suspension, water pump, timing chain, axles, rotors, brakes, ptu probably has never had fluid changed. Same and Tranny. Don't want to spook ya but any higher mileage I've owned, spends first few weeks on jacks. see if you can find service records.
