I'm obviously new here but not new to Fords. Former owner of a '95 mn12 Thunderbird 4.6, I was a member of the TCCOA. I'm just now attempting to educate myself on the newer Ford vehicles and need to buy a vehicle for a daily driver. We are really excited about what we hear about the Taurus' but I must become educated. I am headed out today with $7,000.00 in the pocket to either pay cash for something decent, or finance something worthwhile...in the Ford family, of course. Would any of you be able to help me out with this listing at a small dealership we are going to be visiting today? Is it even considerable? Or should we run immediately and look for maybe a Fusion...etc?

Also look for 13+ SHO's. They have updated styling, and the ECU are better for tuning.

What do you need from your vehicle? More complex more problems with these. Less fun though. You have to figure out what you value most to decide on the correct one.
