Have you checked the fuse box for blown fuses? Doublechecked the wiring and any splices you made? Since we have no info on your particular installation (a goodly amount of pictures would help), it's hard to tell what may have gone wrong. Remote diagnostics ...

Did you have the battery disconnected while installing the kit?

I didn't splice into any wiring. Ran the power to fuse 46 for the 12 volt and to the battery for the led light. No blown fuses but no power to quite a few under the dash. I tapped the boost right past the throttle body. Honestly I could care less about the meth I just want the car to have ac. It's a snow stage one kit so it's not overly comlicated

The codes relate to the O2 sensors and EVAP. That's why I thought a common culprit might be in the wiring. Does the car turn on at all? What do you mean by no power to PCM? Are you able to Key On, Engine Off?

And the codes are still there? Ok, first pull the batt neg Cable for 30 min. Meanwhile see if any hoses have popped off in the intake manifold area. You are monitoring boost with a gauge or livewire or torque pro or ...?

With sct toolmaking 5psi. Tried unhooking the battery no dice. Reloaded an old tune and no codes yet but still no ac or boost

This thing has got me stumped. No codes at all now. I don't see where anything could be not back to stock. Drives like a normal car until you hit this gas. And the ac clutch is not coming on but the fuse looks fine. I tried pulling the battery cable again. May have to go see the old ford dealer for this one.

Tune friendly dealer? Otherwise, stock tune + 2 bar. Dunno if you will have to take the meth kit off or not if you used the washer fluid reservoir for meth. They might fill washer fluid in there ...

It's way past warranty lol. I took everything off except for the spray nozzle and the bung in the tank trying to chase the problem. All I can figure is something in the fuse box shorted out when I used it for 12 volt power.

Were you following bpd's howto for the kit install? Fuses 46 & 47 are PCM power fuses. Fuses 44/45 seem unused, and possibilities for power. Fuse 24 and Relay 41 are AC clutch related.

You had to take the bumper off to install the kit, right? Do you remember disconnecting or moving any sensors at that time?

Here's a look into why the AC compressor may not come on under normal conditions. Try the KAM reset after the car has warmed up to normal operating temperature/TStat has opened.

---------------------

The refrigerant system incorporates an A/C compressor controlled by the PCM through an A/C clutch relay. The HVAC module sends an A/C request signal over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN) to the Instrument Cluster (IC) which relays the request to the PCM over the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN). An evaporator discharge air temperature sensor is used to disengage the A/C compressor clutch when the evaporator core temperature falls below 5.5°C (42°F).

NOTE: To prevent erroneous readings that can result from underhood heat sources, the PCM uses data from several sources to calculate ambient temperature. The vehicle must be driven for a sufficient time, speed and distance after startup before the calculated ambient temperature is updated in the PCM. If a vehicle is moved from a below-freezing environment to a warm environment (such as being moved from outside into a garage, or when delivered from a cold climate to a warm climate), the minimal amount of driving may not be sufficient for the calculated ambient temperature to be updated. In this event, the PCM will believe the ambient temperature is too low for A/C operation and will not engage the A/C compressor in any mode to prevent an increased risk of compressor slugging or damage. To manually reset the PCM calculated ambient temperature to the current temperature, run the vehicle until the thermostat opens and then clear the PCM Keep Alive Memory (KAM). For the KAM resetting procedure, refer to Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) manual. When the PCM KAM is reset, the ambient temperature will reset to the current higher value (a value closer to actual surrounding conditions) and the A/C compressor will operate normally.

How did you wire it to 46? Add A Fuse or any splicing involved? Where do you have it wired now? Try the hot KAM reset as specified in my last post. May make a difference, may not, worth a shot.
