My heater fan seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it works fine other times not at all. There is also a nasty clicking/popping sound when switching between panel and defrost like something is getting hung up. Any ideas? Hard to go anywhere when my car is encased in ice with no heat to thaw it out.
