Heater Core lines, need help ASAP

I'll make this short
Car- Honda Prelude
Engine-Taurus SHO mtx

Look at the Honda setup with the heater control valve, once the valve is in the COLD position, it does NOT let the coolant go any further, I wanted to make sure with you guys before I attached them to the SHO heater lines, please help

I think the one that comes out the cylinder head is the inlet (one with the climate control sensor) and the other is the return

The heater core line flow is always from the t stat to the block or water pump. This way the coolant going through the heater core is the hottest.

The sensor only controls the heater fan. There is no coolant flow control.
