Its possible but it depends on demand.

To make stainless headers is nice but if you are coating them why go stainless?
Depending on what grade stainless it can still rust. Also it costs more and is harder form.

We went non stainless as for the headers it cost about half the cost for stainless and you can have them coated to last longer and be better thermally.

I can understand the cost point but in the long run stainless last longer. OEM exhaust on just about all new cars is stainless to deal with emission warrenty rust through issues. I have had three sets of coated headers, two from "factories" and a custom set from Jet Hot, they all have pitted in less then 3 years. If the coatings were great the big 3 would be using them

You are correct, even stainless will rust but you dont have to worry about it rusting from the inside out ( from under the coating)

Even coated headers can rust but a lot of it does come down to prep and the coating itself. In dealing with our header guy he said 1 coating failed after a year but the next step up didn't.

HOW TRUE!

Do not let my comments turn you guys away from a great product at an even greater price.

Building headers is not hard. Find were the collector will fit and start with the longest tube, then move over to the next. You can buy "kits " from several sources that give you multible bends or just buy a bunch of mandrel bent section ( get the U shapes ones, the price is only a couple bucks more and you get more bends out of them).

Remember stainless catbacks are much different then stainless manifolds or headers, they only get probably half as hot;)
