Is this gasket re-usable? It is the one listed at '8590' in the pic below. I think I have a coolant leak coming from it but can't seem to find any gaskets sold anywhere.

What shape is the gasket in? If that is the area that is causing your coolant leak...do not re-use the same gasket.

Have you checked out Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, Washington. Their online parts department number is 1-800-942-0712. i believe the guy who takes care of all the online stuff is Kent.

Good Luck.

Thanks for the info, I'll give'em a call, hopefully they can ship it out as I'm not anywhere near there.

How bad of shape is the gasket. Might be able to go the parts store and make one and put little permatex on both sides. Alot of stuff is getting discountinued for these things now.

Not sure, I still need to take my intake off to get a closer look, but I've checked/replaced all the other hoses so this has to be it.

Yeah I had a leak on my silver 98 where the metal tube mounted to the rear head, the O ring went bad. Might want to check there too. I feel your pain, hated trying to figure out where the leak is, everything freakin wet.

Yeah, I had to take that tube off to replace the 3" hose that connected it to the water pump. I just put it back on and sealed it up with some RTV.. so I don't think it's leaking from there, although I could be wrong.
