head rests

Can someone please tell me what the trick is to remove the head rests from the seats? GenII

Id sure like to know also. On my 92 the one on the passengers side is stuck all the way up and I can't get it down?

The headrests are held in place by clips, one on both sides. You will need to screw off the black plastic retaining grommet(I am not exactly sure what it is called) then you will be able to push down on the fabric in the seat and see the clips. Hope this helps.
