Hard to steer right!!!!

Rack was replaced in Nov. New pressure hose and flushed system 3 times.Easy to turn left but turning right is a job.Pump has developed a whine now too.
Pump or Rack? Thanks for any input.

Check the bushings.

If the bushings are good it's the rack. This happened once on one of the rebuilt racks I got.

If your subframe is rusted, I would put Gen3 bushing. Mine was partially eated by rust where the bushing sits, and I do not want to know the added stress on the rusty metal with solid alu "bushing".

Got the alum. bushings haven't installed yet. I let you guys know the results.
