Ok, so I noticed a few days ago that my right hand side muffler is hanging. The rubber and the hanger are in great condition considering I need to replace the exhaust anyway, the problem is the metal piece that slides into the rubber to hold up the muffler. Its rusted and cant take the weight. I need to stop that muffler from hanging. I need help. Anybody got any Ideas?

Well it should be screwed or welded to the underbody. Just replace that hanger. If you dont feel like crawling under there hit a muffler shop and be expecit that you dont intend on replacing anything but that.

Should run maybe $15-$20.

Otherwise you can get "muffler strap" that basically is thin 1' wide sheet metal in a roll with holes every half inch and rig it up.

I just bought new hangers from the parts store. Welded them to the til pipes and bolted them up. If you hit the parts store and do some looking you might actually do it without welding, just bolt together.
Like a muffler strap and a hanger that will go between the muffler and the strap then bolt to original hanger bolt on the body.
