Same here, I really want the H&R springs, but my wife says the PP suspension is already too stiff and makes her stomach upset.
...you're not going fast enough over the bumps.

That's a deal.I was able to get it all done for $280 out the door with alignment. My brother-in-law runs the shop so I was gifted with the "family" rate. Your mileage will vary.
LMAO Let me know if you find something, I have spent a couple 100 hours trying to find some "performance" shocks for the SHO, unless someone started making them they don't exist. You may find a performance company that makes a general purpose shock that fits but no one makes them for the Taurus and that still leaves you with the struts. Best I can figure the general consensus is the OEM shocks are your best bet. I actually hope I'm wrong and you find something.I've been looking into some performance shocks/struts myself, just haven't decided on what yet.
How about the stock PP shocks?LMAO Let me know if you find something, I have spent a couple 100 hours trying to find some "performance" shocks for the SHO, unless someone started making them they don't exist. Honestly I don't know if there is a difference in the PP shocks, but yea if I remember correctly from the many threads, the best shocks with the least amount of issues where the OEM ones. I think Monroe and maybe KYB do make shocks for the SHO but there not heavy duty or anything, BUT I gave up about a year ago, so it could have changed by now.How about the stock PP shocks?
The PP and non-PP are different part numbers so there is some differences. $5 says you will not find anything that is direct fit better than OEM.Honestly I don't know if there is a difference in the PP shocks, but yea if I remember correctly from the many threads, the best shocks with the least amount of issues where the OEM ones.
