Ground Control coil over measurements

How long are you're front and rear springs???
I have been told that there are 2 different length's for the rear.
Please list you're spec's.

I'm not sure on the length but my rears are too short. They're set as high as they can go and the tire is still barley under the quarter.

They're just standard, 2.5" ID springs. Pick the ones that suit track conditions.

My rears are 7" long 350lb/in.

I am tucking a bit of tire, but there's plenty of travel left.
