Grote LED flasher question.

I just bought some switchback SMD LED 3157 bulbs from ebay and they are great but I get the hyper flash. My question is how do you know which Grote LED flasher to get and how do you hook them up?

what's hyper flash and what is Grote LED flasher?
If your signals flash too fast then you need to get 50watt resistors for each LED turn signal that you have.

A Grote LED flasher is the relay that contols when it flashes and a hyper flash is when it thinks there is a bulb out cause of the lesser voltage so it flashes fast. Kind wondering where to get the Grote flasher relay too, thinking about to make mine all led.
