Just installed another master cylinder in my 91 Minus, and found the existing fluid to be green, maybe even a tint of blue. Is that something special that can't be mixed with DOT 3 fluid?

Is there any easier way to flush the brake system than by hand (foot actually)? Would like to do the antilock system also if possible. Thanks.

I haven't seen green yet, but blue I have. Its nothing you can't mix its just more of a helper for you when your bleeding the brakes. I have a can of super-blue racing fluid in the shop to put in soon, there is clear in there now. Once I start getting blue at the calipers I know I got all the clear out.

If it's blue, it's more than likely ATe Super Blue. You can mix it.

Yes, yes it does. I think that called ATe 200 or something like that. Same stuff though.

Green would be unusual, but blue, as has been said, is likely ATE Blue.

I have the little Thexton box that cycles the ABS for bleeding. Let me know and I'll bring it up next weekend.

You can do pressure bleeding with a pressure *** and diaphragm, but I'm not a big fan of that method. Speedbleeders and your foot are as effective as anything, IMHO.
