Even though Greddy gauges say the color is green, it is more of of bluish green like the SHO and only the numbering is backlit, like the SHO; even the numbering style is like the SHO, and they are full swing and high quality. Most people think they are stock.
They are not obviously aftermarket styled like AutoMeter and others, so they have a more elegant, refined look Highly recommended. :****:

Greddy gauges DO match!!!!!!!!!!

I have no camera.
When I said the Greddy gauges match th e SHO color, are backlit just like the SHO method, and even the font of the numbers are like the SHO, that is what I meant. IE, the backlit color is blueish green just like the SHO, I have good vison and took 3 years of art and know colors and the match is so nearly perfect you will not be able to see any difference. Besides being full scale and very accurate and less money than most others with full scale electronic but built better. Really good looking. Check them out. You won't be sorry.
All the other aftermarket gauges I have seen look "tacked on" additions with bright colored needles and dont come close to matching SHO gauges in any way, color, font, backlighting, etc.!!! :****:

Greddy gauges cost about same as AutoMeter full scale electric versions

Hi

Greddy gauges are full scale electric, which are much nicer looking and more accurate than AutoMeter, etc. electric guages and the AutoMeter, etc electric full scale gauges are expensive but don't match SHO and arent as good looking or as accurate as the expensive AutoMeter gauges. Yes, all full scale electric gauges tend to be expensive. I think I paid about $100.00 for the temp gauge and about $150.00 for the oil pressure Greddy gauges, but everytime I look at them, I am glad I chose them. :****:

Is this really the green that you say matches the SHO? Cause that looks more alien green than bluish green.

There is also the possibility that the camera did not take a good picture?

I found this while searching on the net. Thanks. Scott

the gen 2's are the bluish color.... if someone wants to post a pic of a gen 2 instrument pannel at night to SHOw the difference, go for it

Greddy Gauges

Neither the photo of the Greddy gauge nor the photo of the GEn II SHO are very accurate.
The Greddy has more blue in the green than the photo and the SHO has more green in the blue than that photo. I think others would agree on the SHO photo.
