Hello everyone. My name is Eric from GA. Just recently purchased a 1990 SHO. Just had a couple of random questions. Has anyone used Royal Purple oil in their vehicles?? Also can I fit a double din receiver in the dash??

Question 2. It's been a really long time but yes. I forget if the opening was large enough or if there was a slim plastic divider I had to cut out. Is there a double din feature you have to have? I always went with usb available (and/or bluetooth) and remote vs touch screen. Personal preference. I find tactile buttons and knobs easier and more durable than touch screens.

No not really. I was just curious if one could fit because of the cup holder and stuff. Thanks a bunch!! I'll be looking into double dins just in case i change my mind.

You would lose the cup holder in the dash if i remember correctly. I'd have to look at it again to refresh memory. I think I pulled the radio out and measured the opening. I also had the cd player in the dash vs cup holder. I remember aftermarket head unit + putting a cup holder in but that might have been a single din. I forget. There are blank plastic pieces or wider faceplates you can use to fill gaps if there are any. Just measure everything and do that math stuff
