Is going to a slightly taller 20" tire OK...?

The original tires are 245/45/20 - I want to go to a 245/50/20 tire.

The reason in the increase from 45 to 50 is because the tire I like doesn't come in a 45.

You could check to see if they have a 255/45/20. those work nice, and just a tad taller and wider.
