So I'm ready to get some more performance out of my 2015 SHO, I'm loooking at some of the packages at https://www.livernoismotorsports.com/shop. Is there any other good vendors out there?

Also want to upgrade my brakes, I have the SHO stock wheels . Really not looking to replace the wheels I like the stock look, so if its only pads and rotors I'am cool with that. Thoughts?

From what I've read in other posts, I would tend to steer away from LMS. There other vendors with excellent reputations and testimonials on here. Gearhead Motorsports, AJPTurbo, Ortiz, to name a few. While I've not had the pleasure of working with Ortiz, I can speak directly about Gearhead and AJPTurbo; both excellent!

If you want issues and sub optimal performance LMS is the tune for you.

If you want to go fast safety use AJP or Gearhead.

For brakes, I would order PP pads for the front and go from there.

Quote of the year right there ^^^^^

Sage advice as well.

Overpriced. Rebranded product. Terrible customer service (particularly when problems arise). Blames the customer and never admits fault. Shoddy workmanship and inferior installs. They've been "black listed" by many other vendors for all of the aforementioned reasons.

Should I keep going?

You can decide for yourself....

When things started going south with LMS and the 4th gen Community. V11 tune issues.

After this LMS ghosted the community for a the better part of a year.

They returned with this.......

Yes. Full Stop.

Among many other issues, there is nothing that they actually "make". They've worked deals and paid enough into their PR image and advertising budget that they just slap their label on other companies parts and charge more. Why not just go straight to the source and get your parts? Cheaper.

Their tunes are super weak, like soccer mom weak.

They refuse to accept data logs in order to better dial in your specific vehicle.

If you've got parts from any other manufacturer that you want to adjust your tune to, they won't support it.

Their MyCalibrator device is proprietary and you are stuck with them while also NOT being able to datalog with it.

Oh and their customer service sucks..

Those are all reasons outside of actual engine failures they've had (which I could accept the argument that it could happen to the best shops as well, it's just their reaction to their failures that is pretty pathetic).

EDIT: I forgot to tag them in this post as well

@Livernois Motorsports

I just tag them whenever I can, hoping they have the nerve to chime in...lol

I've so far had success with LMS in my 2019 SHO. And the few times I talked to them on the phone, they've always been responsive. But I also go way back with them when I had my 01 Lightning and found then to do quality work.
