Cant remove those bolts!!!!!!

Personally I've never removed those bolts when doing a 60k. I always unhook the throttle cable and then remove the single 8mm bolt that holds it to the bracket. Then I remove the other 8mm bolt that holds the cruise control cable to the same bracket. If you don't have any, I suggest going out & buying a can of PB blaster...it's a great spray lubricant that works great on rusty & corroded bolts.

Got the manifold off and was disasembling it when the fuel lines snapped, they run from what lookes like the fuel filter, the little black cylinder at the back of the intake. I thought you had to remove the lines but you dont . Do you guys no what lines they are and were i can get them thanks.

That little black thing is a vaccum canister for your secondary butterflies.

(The fuel filter is on the passenger side, under the rear door bolted to the frame. Bout 2/3rds the height of a can of pop and not too much thinner.)

Not sure what lines you snapped, perhaps the vaccum lines to the secondray acuators?

Thats what i was also thinking it could have been. Do stores (auto zone etc...) carry them or would i have to get ***** by ford to order them?

You're talking about the rubber lines from the secondary cannister? You can get that anywhere. Not sure what else you're referring to on the intake.

If I'm not mistaken, Bittersweet sho has vacuum lines for $20 + $5 for shipping. You could also get some plain rubber or silicone hose from the local parts stores that would fit. You'd have to cut them yourself though.
