They're about $500. Not sure if they still ship them or not. Not a green sho but a genII is on the main page as car of the month.

Why did you sell the hood, the only reason i would get rid of mine is because of the way it shakes at higher speeds

Really? shakes? I've been at 140+mph in mine and didn't see any shaking. Can't remember Texan Tony's cowl shaking at 160mph either.

I've heard the older ones had some problems. How old was yours?

the only thing I can think of is that the bumper stops are too high.....but with your car I'd bet you've check that.

Dunno....talk with Mike (cowl hood guy) about it and see what he says. He is very meticulous about his hoods.

Hmm. My Gen 1 Cincy Cowl does vibrate at real slow speed when going over rough (like those Boston-area roads :D ), but I've got to say that at speed it seems to settle in real tight. thumb

Yea i tried adjusting those, and i'm going to try the adam varney relocators as well and see if maybe a little more hold will help that.

I just don't want to see it going flying over my head at 140+ eek!

I will prolly contact mike this week
