are they available without a cowl, and do they REQUIRE hood pins?

I know there is a thread on them somewhere around here, but it is long, and hard to find the info in it...

They are with a cowl only. Not enough were interested in stock.

They require pins, but if you dont want them it is at your own risk. I am running no hood pins.
