Gen 1, 2, and 3 rear seats interchangeable?

I was wondering if the rear seats from a Gen II and Gen III SHO are interchangeable with the Gen I rears? If the Gen III rear will fit, are they nicer seats than the Gen II rears?

Also, what about SLO rear seats? Are full leather SLO rears the same as SHO rears?

Basically I want to replace the worn, perforated leather rears of my '89 with the nicest, newest full leather that will fit. I want to know which models I need to limit my search to.

The bottom of the Gen 3 seat will fit a Gen 1/2, but the back won't. The Gen 3 has a folding rear seat, so it doesn't attach the same way, it also doesn't have the headrest bumps that the Gen 1 has. I can't find the website, but somewhere there is a site of a Gen 1 with gen 3 front seats and the rear bottom cushion in it. The car is owned by Randy Mercante.

I'd give my left nut to have a fold down rear seats in my Gen2.

Yes, they attach the same way, but the Gen 2 doesn't have the head rest bumps either
