Ok guys, I'll contact them in the next couple of days. We're close to 20 which is closer to 100 then we were last time this was brought up.

Brad, unfortunately my computer crashed and I lost the photoshop picture of what they might look like on a GenII. Maybe I'll find it in a search of the forum............nope, I found the post but the images were hosted by photoisland so they no longer exist.

It was ChrisR that did the photoshop.....maybe he'll chime in.

Yeah i had it on my computer at one time also! But i had to do a reinstall of winders xp.. So i lost the pic too. I'll PM ChrisR maybe he still has it and can post it on here. Thanks for the help and keep us updated John.

that black housing definitely looks attractive FWIW... I'm not a fan of the chrome-like or silver-like styles, though. Too much flash for a tail light. Too much shine for a Taurus. Too much rice for American.

Now back to my day dreams about better headlights... mmmm.. realizing there's a deer on the road 300ft before i get there.... :****:

I agree, and I'm sure there's A LOT more interest in better head lights as well.

No, no... Getting a hold of glass lenses would be godsent! I've never been much of a fan of Ford's addiction to plastic headlights. Aero doesn't mean plastic. Sure, creating a clear lens would aid others w/ intentions to use HIDs, but creating a better pitch for the beam pattern and reducing glare w/ glass in and of itself is an improvement. From there, you can either get HIDs, H3s, HO9004/7, etc... That's all im gonna add to that, don't wanna rape this thread!

I'd be in for a set of gunmetal on my white '91. And Sho2nv, could the gen 1 guys still get a set even if your primary focus is gen 2? I mean, you gen 2 guys already have clear corner lights.

If someone stated that they're interested, but didn't specify a color I put them as Black. Unfortunately I dont think Gun Metal tails are as popular as Carbon Fiber, so I put anyone who chose Gun Metal, as Carbon Fiber. We only had ONE Chrome, so it's unlikely that will get produced at the moment. Anyone who's remotely interested please do post!
