Fusible Links

Does ne one know how to test a fusible link to see if its bad?

A meter or a continuity tester is all you need.

ok thanks. does ne know how hard these are to change out? Do you have to split open wire protecters?

You have to cut the old one out and splice in a new one. If it were me I would splice in a fuse holder and fuse of the appropiate size instead of the fuse link.
