You need a PCM or CCRM, I think.
Edit: computer or constant control relay module.

Is it gonna further damage anything else to drive it this way for a couple weeks til payday to buy those items?

For a couple weeks...ya...to get you home...probably not. Get it home, check all the wires on the battery side of the engine. If you don't see anything out of the ordinary, beg or borrow a known good CCRM and see if that's it.

Is this an ATX? Isn't there a fuse that blows on those cars?

This is an ATX. I will check the fuse, I am assuming the EEC fuse in the box by driver side firewall.
