Fuel Pump/Fuse Location

I belive that I have shorted my fp fuse. I really dont think that the fuel pump would just up and go without showing some problems. The car hasnt been running for a week or so and i put a new furl filter in, had some trouble with the fuel cut off but when i went to start it today the fuel pump didnt come on.The pump had never given me a problem before.I know i should check the codes buts its 1 am and im not in the mood. It wasnt a stock pump and was replaced about 2 years ago but anyways i cant find the damn fuse box. I always thought it was on the drivers side close to the firewall in a black box. There is deffinetly no box in the car i looked all over the engine bay. The fuses have to be somewheres but i dont know.Help!

Power for the fuel pump does not go through the fusebox which is located forward of the driver's left knee under the dash on an 89.
