Usually my car seems to move pretty quick but every once in a while it is noticably slower both down low but mostly up top. It also occasionally takes a while to actally start, I have to crank it a few extra seconds than normal. Doesn't matter if it is hot or cold. The fuel pump has ~123k on it. Or.. maybe I'm just insane. Thanks

Wouldn't hurt to put a gauge on it and test the fuel pressure. If there's no other signs of problems (codes, etc.) then you're probably on the right track.
