fuel line removal?

im trying to disconnect the lines from the rails so i can move them out of the way to get to the top bolt of the alternator

not sure how they disconnect

You need to take the clip off and then use the fuel or AC disconnect tools. They go over the hard line and pull down then you can pull them apart. I am assuming that you are talking about these joints.

ok never mind
i was able to get down there with a regular wrench
the alt is out now
that was a pain in the ***
but not as bad as my buddies 5-speed in his cavalier that didnt even come out
we just rotated it to slip a new slave in
