Back in Michigan ... again.
OK, 5 months ago I bought a pair of the nylon style front stabilizer links for $24.00 each. I've bought them around this price for as long as I can remember. Now I've spent the past 2 weeks scouring around for just the nylon connectors; all the parts stores are saying that "they've been replaced with the steel connector 'cause they're better". Bull****; the nylon connectors came out after the steel ones and are considered an upgrade from the earlier steel models. The very few nylon connectors I've found are now costing $50. Once again, bull****.

Does anyone have any info on these new steel connectors? Or better yet, does anyone know where I can still get the nylon connectors for a reasonable price? FPN has them for $34 + $8 shipping but that still comes out to freaking $84 for two stab links. I can do better than that at my local Ford dealer :madflame:

I put moog steel front sway bar links in mine. It runs perfect and I also think, no forget it, I redid the whole front end with moog and it's all greaseable but thats not. I paid 54.00 for both I beleive. The plastic ones suck either metal or nylon is the best. I think nylon would cut your weight down.

A phone call to AZ back in Michigan (cause there aren't any in SD) found that no, they're not carrying them either.

$68 shipped from Rockauto for the AC delco nylon brand. Maybe I'll just cave and get a set of steel links locally. It's just frustrating how prices have nearly doubled in the past five months.

Thanks for the help guys. In a way it's good to know that my searching ability still hasn't diminshed; these parts have just gone up in price :madflame:

I just bought the Duralast endlinks from AZ. They were 15.99 each and they were not PLASTIC/NYLON. They were the steel ones! I thought I would share this with you guys.
