When we were putting my car back together during this last weekend after replacing the flywheel and some other items, the driverside control arm ball joint boot got almost completely torn off when we were realigning the subframe back onto the car, it had been a very long weekend to that point and just one of those things that got missed.

I went to Ingall's site to see if they might have a boot repair kit, they didn't that I could find.

Am I just barking up the wrong tree? Should I just go buy another stinkin' control arm? Makes me sick, Bubba had worked hard at painting it, and it only had maybe 7000 miles on it and it was still in really good shape.

For $2.71 you can get a pair of brand new ones. They are for Tie rods but they should do the job.
