I did when I sold my 11 Limited and bought the 13 SHO. Came from the factory converted! Sorry, just being a smart a$$. I'm sure the conversion can be done but may be pricey.

People have done it, I believe you will need a long list of parts that get quite pricey when all said and done. Im sure someone knows more than me.

I would think it would be cheaper to swap cars unless the parts fall into your lap somehow..... There are a lot of parts. HID Headleamps, grille, fascia, hood, fog lamp bezels, lower grille and more..... I swapped cars, because you get the LED rear tail lights and some interior improvements too......

Thing is I'm a Journeyman Auto Body Tech of 30 years so the actual implementation of the conversion wouldn't be a big deal I just wanted to see what the laundry list might be. As far as the main parts go there's probably some Taurus totals filtering into junkyards by now and the cover/headlamps for all the normal models look the same as the SHO. No worries, just curious if anyone has done it yet?

Well, don't forget that only the SHO has HID headlamps where the standards are halogens, which are going to be harder to find.....

You would only need to put in the HID headlamps if you want. Halogen would work fine.
