uh, bad tires and no ABS?

Nope, has brand new tires on it and the ABS works. The brakes work fine while going straight and turning but it seems to only be when I make a turn while going over a bump or incline that the brakes apply fully almost like your setting the e brake in the front. I hit the brakes while turning into a parking lot with a small lip and I felt the pedal draw awy from my foot and the car stopped. I put the car in park, shut if off and restarted it thinking it may be something electrical. It still wouldn't move until the bleeder on the drivers side of the car was cracked and then the car rolled slightly and the front brakes released. Did the same thing when I pulled into my driveway which has a slight bump and I cracked the bleeder again and it released. Leaning torward it being a bad caliper.

Do you have a rubber or stainless hose? If it is rubber I'm willing to bet it has collapsed and is trapping fluid in the caliper.
