Hello.
I'm learning a great deal from this Taurus SHO forum site, and will continue as a forum member indefinitely, as I already know that my next car will be a Taurus.

As it stands, I'm about 75 percent sure that I would choose the SHO trim over the Taurus Limited trim.

It would be an asset, if I could also join a Taurus Limited forum site, which is as good as this Taurus SHO forum site, so I can effectively compare medium size apples to big size apples.

Do the powers that be, that sponsor this Taurus SHO forum site, also sponsor a Taurus Limited forum site, that I could join? If so, please provide instructions on how to join.

Are there other Limited forum sites that you would recommend as well?

Thanks

There's also FordTaurus.net
Pretty good forum.

The people on that site are all old men that type in caps and complain about the radio being too loud. And they slap Nissan Skyline Type R badges on their Taurus'.

GEE, SOUNDS LIKE A PLACE FOR ME! WELL, EXCEPT FOR THE SKYLINE TYPE R BADGES, but I do have the caliper covers to make up for the lack of badges.

Thanks for the positive responses. I have googled for ford taurus forum word-combinations, to generically locate forums for the Limited trim. They're just not that many available, apparently.

The best recommendation in this thread, is that of ford.taurus.net. Today, I joined this forum, and I hereby decree: I shall not type in caps and complain about radio volume. My hair's too thin, so I don't wear caps. Plus, if the radio's too loud, I just turn my hearing aid down. As for Nissan badges, we don't need no stinking Nissan badges.

Any other recommendations for Taurus Limited trim-forums would be appreciated. Thanks again.

I honestly think that most people who buy the limited don't want to talk about it on the internet. The SHO forum attracts people who own the cars, because they own cars that are unique and cool. You are probably better off just asking your questions here. I bet someone will have the answers you seek.

I'd have to agree with the two above me. I haven't owned a SHO since last june, and haven't owned a Taurus since Oct and I'm still here somehow.

The new NON SHO taurus is pretty quick. My mom bought one and my butt dyno says it is quicker than my 1990 SHO.

I have only driven the SHO in the Taurus line, but I think the Limited has a pretty sweet interior...I might even like it better then the SHO because of the added touches of luxury. So as everyone else has posted, you are more then welcome here.

I've had a couple Taurus SLO limiteds for rental cars and they are very nice inside. and they still move pretty damned quick for how big they are. being as tall and round as I am i have to say i really do like all the extra space.

my current rental is an Edge Limited and this thing is sweet too. still waiting on a Flex Limited for a rental but I bet they're just as sweet to roll.
