FORScan for under boost

I'm getting a P0299 Under Boost code? I've already got EPP hot pipes coming but what should I be data logging with FORScan to help point me in the right direction? '13 PP currently all stock except for CAI and cat back exhaust.

Not sure if FORScan will help with that. The PIDs that I know of are boost desired and boost actual. Those will only tell you what you already know.
