Hey guys,

I'm a 25 year old Web Developer who drives a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO. I've had my car for about a year now and have throughly loved every second of it. Can't wait to post more on this forum and get to know you other SHO owners.

Welcome, have you done all of the preventative maintenance and fluid changes? What mods?

From what I know, I have most of the preventative maintenance and fluid changes done. I really want to do mods but still not sure what ones are the best to go with. Any suggestions?

Huh. Mine sounds nothing like that. Are you sure it has stock exhaust on it? That sound seemed change in pitch with engine RPM. Are you getting any vibrations? It could be PTU whine, or excessive tire noise.

From what I know, yeah it is stock. It really does, it vibrates whenever I'm decelerating. I have a feeling it could be excessive tire noise too but I'm not 100% sure.

What tires are on it? Are they pulling or doing anything out of the ordinary during decel? Also, are they all the same tire and same size?

Finally, I was able to get an appointment with Ford this past Friday to get these issues looked at. Turned out, my wheel bearing was bad on the front passenger side tire, along with a nail in the back drivers side tire as well. I took it to a reputable tire shop days before that and told them to check these things, which they "said" they did. They told me nothing was wrong at all. When I called the guy at Ford and told him what they said, he laughed and told me they must have been blind to not see the obvious... So now my car runs like its brand new and now back to having 0 issues with my car.
