Ford emblem and wheel center cap sizes?

Can anyone tell me the sizes of the Ford emblem front and back, and the center caps for the wheels?

I'm trying to order some custom Ford and SHO overlays, but I need the exact sizes

The car is a 2010 with the 20" wheels.
