1 fog light stopped working, any advice on how to access it and troubleshoot? Maybe just a connection issue? 2013

LED marker lamp. Not really a "fog light" in the true sense.

However, simply remove a portion of the fasteners from either the wheel well liner, or the underbelly splash shield, in order to access it.

You can remove either of the above entirely if preferred, but that's really not necessary.

The assembly is held in place by plastic tabs, all along the top and bottom. Bend the tabs slightly (warm them up with a hair dryer of desired, so as to make them more flexible and less likely to break).

Disengage assembly from vehicle. Unplug harness.

I am not aware of any way to "test" them per se. Purchase a replacement. Reverse the steps above. Done.

Warming the clips up with a hair dryer or heat gun (be careful with the latter) is probably a good idea. I had my bumper cover off and replaced the markers with aftermarket ones and getting them out, even with the cover off, was a effing PITA. I didn't break anything, but that was my main concern the whole time I was working on them.
