Looks fixable!
all you need is a good drill with a big bit or possible a cone bit(forgot the name
of it) or take it to a rim shop they should be able to fix it or at least drill it out so you stud will fit through!

oh yeah.. that is fixable... and with the lug there, you wont even tell...

if you have a drill press or acess to one... take it too it, with the same size drill bit as the hole as in the smaller hole..... not bigger... that way you can clean it up in the hole, then, this is just a suggestion, but, put the drill bit right on the legde there, and turn the wheel, being VERY careful!!! that should get rid of the top part on the legde/rigde... or, take a drill bit the size of the hole and just knock it off that way...
hope that helps!!

I wouldn't just use a drill bit, You need to match the taper of the lug nut with the taper you will cut in there. 118 degree drill bit (most common) would give you a 31 degree hole. How deep is that damage? Its hard to tell from the front. And how thick is the metal there?

Ahh am i the only one who nocites the hole is bigger than it started? It has to be drilled, yes, but it also has to be built back up first, so that a lug nut will actually be effective and do anything..

I was waiting for someone to say that. If you drill the hole out, it will be bigger then the rest and it definitely would weaken that lug nuts ability to clamp down. That wheel requires more fixing then just using a drill bit.

who said anything about drilling the hole out bigger???

i said, take the SAME size drill bit as the hole..... that way you can clean up the metal...
i didnt mean drill the hole out.... as in bigger... just the same size, to "clean" the affected area...

From the picture it looks like the seat of the hole is what is damaged. The only way to fix that is to drill it out with a bigger bit.

Is that not what the damage is??
