fixing middle timing belt cover?

JB Weld? Put a strip of fiberglass cloth across the seam and make sure that some epoxy soaks into that as well.

Duct tape. Both sides.

Clean it thouroughly first.

Mine was taped together when I bought this car.

I cracked the lower in half. I used a 5 minute appoxy from the auto parts store. worked out great, you can flex the cover and stays together. Ford no longer carried them.
