Finally saw another SHO on the way to work

Well, I finally saw another SHO on my way to work Friday morning. I was right behind it at a light on Jupiter and 190. I have had mine for a bout 3 months, so they really are rare compared to some of the other high performance cars out there.

For Shure I think we have about 5 all in black I should of gotten a white one. Or wish I knew I was ordering for a 2016 I would of gotten metallic.

I think all-told, I've seen 5 other SHOs on Long Island in my travels (mostly western Suffolk and Nassau). One white non-PP (in my own town of Lindenhurst), the rest black w/PP, in the past 4 years.

The Nassau police are starting to get Police Interceptors, and one of their unmarked cars is a black Taurus with the steel wheels but with the plastic wheel covers to make it look more "civilian". I've noticed people in Nassau getting out of my way a lot more.

Mine is Ruby Red. The one I saw was black, maybe a metallic black.

Suffolk has unmarked Interceptors as well. As far as SHOs I rarely see others, there is a black 2013+ I sometimes see on my way to work with tinted tails and a brown 2010-2012 I've seen in Melville.

I see one other Ruby red on the north east extension (476) from Lansdale to the Lehigh Valley PA (and vice versa) now and then.

Guess I will be seeing more of my color, PSP is changing to magnetic on taurus and explorers, better than that dirty white you see all the time

Saw a Ruby Red SHO non-PP in Gettysburg, PA on Sunday. It was in a church parking lot. Had the SHO marked rims. We were just site
seeing on vacation.

I have seen a bucket full in Virginia... don't know any of them though...

Although I have seen a silver one several times in my home town...

When I test drove the Chevy SS the sales rep told me that last guy that test drove it had a "Fully tuned all decked out" SHO and the SHO driver said "The Chevy SS would spank his SHO.."
